Taco Bell - Valrico

I like that the guy at the drive through window says ?tacotastic? it makes me happy! The only location I know of that does this. I went inside once though...wasn?t the cleanest could use a remodel inside. The inside actually kind of made not want to go there anymore, haven?t went back since. But great employees with cheerful personalities, now if you can just get inside updated and clean. The outside of the building looks nice and clean.

It was good in today's trip. But the a/c was too cold to be comfortable. Especially pipe children

I'm so frustrated and disappointed in this place. We've been customers for years because my son loves the tacos. On the way home from a trip tonight we got some food. It was an online order, and when we arrived, the order was repeated to us again correctly. We came home and my 4 tacos were done wrong. He was tired and frustrated and started crying. When I couldn't solve the problem on my own, I went back to this place (after a 12-hour trip) to make her Tacos again. The manager Christian was extremely rude and disrespectable. I also asked for a refund because I had to return there to fix her mistake. He told me before other customers and employees that I tried to steal money and that I could have either a refund or the tacos. I said our other food will also be cold. He actually had the nerve to tell me that I should let my child cry while my husband and I ate our food and then come back to replace the tacos. It was extremely embarrassing when the entire staff and customers waited to see how I would react to these managers to complete disregard. This is the second time in a row that our order has been grounded in this Taco Bell. Last time we took care of it. We won't eat at this point anymore. If an owner or GM reads this message, it would be in your best interest to keep Christian fully responsible for this situation as he is not able to handle customer service situations and clearly shows that a lack of leadership before employees and customers. This event happened at about 7:30 on Tuesday 11/24.

Great place for lunch. Clean dining area and good food.
