Long John Silver's - Valparaiso

I went there tonight I called from the parking lot and asked if the dining room was open. They told me it was limited to 4 tables and there was no room available. There was absolutely no one in the place! I went in and was ignored by the manager. Ended up leaving which is probably what they wanted because they are too lazy!

It's been two years since I've been to this Long John Silver's because I did not like the service nor the way the food was presented to me at that time. I decided to go ahead and give it a try because I wanted to try that grilled shrimp and lo and behold the shrimp were so small it's ridiculous the rice was so gooey with no flavor and cold. I asked for cocktail sauce twice at the window they asked me to please pull up and wait for my meal when he brought me my meal there was no napkins, no Fork, no cocktail sauce. I will not be returning back to this Long John Silver's it's utterly ridiculous

Disaster. Inept, lacking customer service skills. They gave me the wrong order. I called when I got home. They acted as though it was no big deal. I asked if they have a system to avoid handing out the wrong orders. They said they did. But I said it wasn't working because I got the wrong order. This isn't the first time I had a wrong order from these people. Spoke to the manager and when I explained they need a system that works to avoid this, she hung up me. Wow. They need a new staff that understands what their simple job is. Incompetent, rude.

Very friendly staff everything thing was correct with order

The service has improved a lot here. The food is typical of Long John Silver's. The drive-thru is usually quick and the food is always hot.
