Kfc - Valparaiso

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant thanks to my cashier, Matt, who was exceptionally friendly. He kindly apologized that my chicken tenders would take about 10 minutes to prepare, but I appreciated that – after all, fresh food is always better than something made in bulk and left sitting out! On top of that, he even gave me a complimentary cake. The entire staff was efficient and attentive to all the customers. My order was correct, and the chicken was delicious, hot, and fresh. I was truly impressed by the outstanding customer service, which far exceeded what you'd typically expect from a fast-food restaurant!

The staff ensured that my food was fresh and provided plenty of condiments. They were extremely friendly, and the woman at the drive-thru was quick and took excellent care of me.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is usually quite busy, and occasionally they run out of chicken by dinner time. Overall, it’s a pretty good experience.
