Contribuiți la feedbackAbsolutely terrible customer service. the night leader on the 21st juli refused to give a refund by stating that I will not do it, it is her fault I said I should call back tomorrow and talk to another manager. I hung up when I asked for her name. they are closed in a month.
I love hungry howie’s antipasto salat and howie brot! I should probably branch out and try other things, but I can't help that salat is my favorite!
Horrendous customer site! I have not met such rude, evil and non-empathic customer service workers in a long, long time! I'd give zero stars if I could! I traveled with my family and made an online order as we drove to home, hoping to pick up in time as we arrived in the city, since we had gone all the weekend. come to find out my order was sent to the Valparaiso shop and I had not noticed. When I realized this, I called the Valparaiso shop and asked if I could be refunded or credited so that I can make an order in my home shop. the woman who answered the phone was uncertain, so she gave the phone to another woman. I explained my mistake, but I would like to order from someone else. the new woman said she could donate my order, and I said this is in order, but I would need a refund because I was not able to get the product. they then went on to say: “Well, we did the pizza, so they want us to take the loss?!” the application was a large pizza, medium pizza and a sub for total $27 plus I had given a 15% tip, which I regret now) I then asked if they had previously ordered accidentally and they said: yes, and we donate them.” I said that is good but I did not get that. I replied that I cannot pick them up and have a family and cannot afford to pay twice for a pizza order and would like to be refunded. I asked at one point to talk to someone about her, and she said there was no one about her. She always said, “So do they want us to lose? So you say you want us to take the loss? So you say you want us to take the loss?” I said, “wow! you are so rude!” and she said once again, “This is how they want us to take the loss?!” I said yes, and she quickly said good, I will take care of it and hang it up. I understand that it was my fault, but many companies have to take losses for numerous reasons. there was no need to be this rudeness for everyone.
Dashers Beware, They wont provide the order unless you have an after-market non-doordash bag. Waste of time.(Reply to what they said) Door-dash doesn’t not send us “Pizza bag dash bags”. You should let door-dash know about your policy with turning dashers away because the dashers bag is not up to “your” standards. Have never had an issue in my 4 years of dashing.
