La Grange - Valloire

We were craving a raclette and were not disappointed when we visited here. We had a platter of cold meats, salad and boiled potatoes with a really nice creamy cheese. We had an excellent bottle of Vacqueras red wine to accompany it. The service was very good and when we asked for more potatoes, they arrived very quickly. I had a coupe Alpine for dessert , which had three ice creams and lashings of whipped cream and pistachios. All in all a very pleasant ambience.

There is a nice atmosphere here with friendly staff. Inside and out seating. The menu is quite small with great galettes. The food all come well presented and tasty. A bit costly but you are in a ski resort

The interior of this restaurant is beautiful and very alpine. Have enjoyed many a good evening here in a group and just with my other half. Can be romantic if required or a great night with a larger group. More limited menu but very nice food and drinks. A bit more on the pricey side.

On holiday in valloire for the 5th year, we had never tested this restaurant. having wanted to change some of the cheese dishes, we chose the barn to satisfy a desire for cakes, and we did not regret our choice. Salted cakes were very good, but our great kick will remain the dessert: babouin crêpe, miam! We'll probably be back!

Excellent cakes and pancakes. waitress fast and pleasant despite a full restaurant in the first service at 7pm, a savoy of bretagne!
