Tim Hortons - Valleyview

Food is usually good. Orders are often misunderstood. Staff is never the same. Often its unorganized. And in the summer flys crawl over the donuts. Thats when i don't order donuts or muffins or cookies.

This Tim Hortons location is the worst I have ever been to! We have stopped here several times on our way to Edmonton, but we will not be returning. The service is always extremely slow and our orders are often incorrect. The last time I visited with my two daughters, we ordered three drinks and three muffins, which should not have taken long. However, it took about 10 minutes for our order to be ready. When I received my caramel iced coffee, it was made incorrectly without cream or caramel. After I politely informed the staff member, she gave me a dirty look and made me a new drink. When I took a sip, I realized she had forgotten the caramel again. I returned to the counter and suggested she just add caramel to the existing drink, but she rolled her eyes at me. This was the final straw for me, and I told her she had terrible customer service. Despite my patience and politeness, she was rude and did not apologize for her mistakes. I decided to leave the drink and informed her that my family will not be returning to this Tim Hortons location. We will be stopping in Whitecourt instead.

The food is average for timmies . But the service sucks. Drive through doesn't even say have a nice day. Thank you for dinning or eating here , nothing . I told them to have a nice day. Most of the tiMe , 2 out of 4 they get the order wrong. Always have to check to make sure nothing is missing.

There is a definite shortage of staff here. I ordered a chicken wrap and watched the lady have a very difficult time getting it into the goofy packaging. What I didn't notice was that she put it in upside down. When I followed the package directions to eat it, the wrap was upside down and stuck. It made a terrible mess, thankfully I had ripped open the bag and had been using that as a placemat on my lap. It fell out in a mess and was impossible to eat as a wrap. I would have taken a picture of it if my hands hadn't been covered with food. Thankfully we had a large package of wet wipes in the vehicle. On a positive note there seemed to be more chicken than normal so perhaps that's why she had a hard time getting it in the package.

We have stopped at this Tim Hortons many times on our way through to edmonton & the service is extremely poor!! They have screwed up our order many times! This location is always very busy & the staff seems to move very slow & there isnt enough of them. Bathrooms are always a mess so it has now gotten to the point where we just keep driving and stop at the whitecourt location instead.
