Contribuiți la feedbackNot once but twice they gave me the wrong order and seems to not know what they are doing because when I place an order in advance they say it?s not there and then they say they have it once I show the confirmation and they proceed to give me thewrong order. EVERYTIME. management needs to do something about it
It is a terrible experience!!! Especially in the very early morning service, staff is very rude and seemed not welcome customer, he told me: i could simply close and not take the oder. I asked for Ice latte with whole milk and 1 shot liquid cane, he blamedme for his not hearing clearly the specified whole milk. I would suggest take order at somewhere else otherwise your drink couldbe ruin for the day. Unbelievable! We paid for a low standard service. This is the third time I experienced situation like thatin very early morning, the other time, staff would not bother to communicate with you at all.
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The young man working at 11 PM was very patient and served me with genuine kindness, which is quite refreshing these days. Although the walk-in service was closed, the drive-thru was operating. The parking lot was darker than I would like, which makes me hesitant to visit again at night as a female. However, aside from that, the service was outstanding. The blueberry muffin was fresh, and the coffee was perfect!
I recently visited The Donuts in Valley Stream and was really impressed with how delicious they were. I used to live in Valley Stream but now reside in Florida. I came back to spend some time with family and had a craving for some quality donuts. The donuts in Florida just don't compare, and I believe it's due to the water they use. The water in New York is definitely better, which contributes to making the donuts there taste exceptional.
I had a terrible experience at this location. It’s clear that Dunkin' Donuts doesn’t pay attention to customer feedback. The drive-thru employee was quite rude. I requested that my cappuccino be very hot, but she replied that it was as hot as they make it. Unfortunately, it was lukewarm. At other Dunkin' locations, they steam it more to ensure it’s hotter. I won’t be returning to a place that lacks basic customer service skills.
