Chipotle Mexican Grill - Valley Stream

It's a good spot, open later than some of the other restaurants in the mall. There's not a crazy amount of space inside, but, it's not cramped either. This place sees a good amount of business. However, the workers do keep the line moving. So, expect a short wait.

It's just meh in comparison to other Chipotles. Walking in is like opening a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get because they're always running out of something or the beverage machine is out. Most recently their tortilla warmer was broken and half the time, the chicken is bland.

I ordered through the app and my order was stolen from the pick up station. They would not offer a refund on the app for my order I never received. $21 down the drain and an hour of my time wasted trying to get my food and a refund for it never being there for pick up.

It was my first time eating from this restaurant. The cashier was very patient and helpful with me, he explained everything so thoroughly. My decision meal was enjoyable I can't say it was delicious.

I had the chicken bowl with vegetables omg that's a bomb i love it i tasted the burritos it was good but not my favo my kid's had tacos they love it over all our food taste good very friendly staff.
