Taco Bell - Valley Park

We were here at 8/18/22 at 18:45. we had a good 8-10-minute waiting in the drive thru but we had the BEST tactical in a taco bell in many years. meat was hot, shells were crisp, salad and cheese were perfect cold temperatures. to the crew that works this layer bravo thank you!

Pintos and drilling were dry as chops. the customer service was great, but not this time. Why?

I spoke to one of the employees and they said how there are only 2 managers for the whole load. it's amazing that they don't work as much as they do.

This situation is amazing. I know the pandemic has hurt many companies, but. this could not be copied. it is a COMPLETE gamble if they are open or not. they closed at 15 o'clock a week ago. when they come there and fortunately they are open, they have come out and tell them to leave. they were kind, fast and my favorite location, now it's just a embarrassment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A tall skinny guy working said that they were closed at 5pm on a Monday, but the doors were fully unlocked. Told me that I needed to leave and after I said that my daughter was in the bathroom he said “well I hope it doesn’t back up on her” in a VERY rude manner. Super sketchy DO NOT go here if you value good service, creepy.
