Not a complaint really but I did contact the manager with some constructive criticism and possible suggestions on how to staff the restaurant with additional servers and chefs when a large party of 20 made reservations 3 days in advance. Unfortunately that did not happen for our party! Hope they do better in the future.
This place is a joke called them yesterday to see if they was open for dinner and the said yes they was open so we get there go inside waited at the front door for 30 min then someone finallycome out and said are u dinner in and we said yes then they say I'm sorry the kitchen is closed for tonight and it was only 730 what a joke
Long time patron of this place. Tonight called before heading to restaurant to make sure they were open for dinner. Arrived at 7::30 to hear sorry kitchen is closed . It goes without saying that they don 't need my patronage. And guess what you 're not the only rodeo in town. I 'll be at Captain Pats tomorrow.
If you don’t have any friends who work here, you will never be seated if they’re busy. Waited in line for 2 hours along with several other people and not once were any of us greeted, informed how long of a wait, apologized to or anything. Not a word was spoken and none of us were ever acknowledged. At points the line was so long we were standing outside. As people LEFT because NO ONE was ever seated from the line in the 2 hours I stood there we moved inside. After standing there for 2 hours we saw empty tables and figured we had to be seated soon, only for a group to walk in behind us, wait for 5-10 minutes then bypass the line to go find someone they knew and their party of 10 or however many their were, we’re all seated leaving the rest of the line who has been standing there for 2 hours and no acknowledgment waiting. Needless to say I left with my money. Absolute worst service I’ve ever seen in my life and biggest waste of time. Then responded about my experience along with several other people who must of stood in the same hallway line as me and instead of Seabreeze apologizing for the experience and having good business ethic, they first hid everyone’s comments. I could see more comments must of kept being made as the number was going up but I couldn’t see them so I guess they didn’t like what they were hearing and just deleted the entire post never addressing the real issue. Needless to say I will never be back. On the plus side “the local” the new establishment was great with no wait andddd I was greeted when I walked in the door!
