Black&blue Steakhouse - Valley Center

My husband and I celebrated our 10-year anniversary here with a wonderful dinner. Our experience did not begin on the right foot; HOWEVER, the entire team worked FAST to for the delay (people didn't want to go, so our table was not ready and our reservation was delayed, what, after experiencing food, I can see why people don't want to go. . First: Chris, the manager, was incredibly gracious and accommodating. He realized that we were not super stolen on the table that was finally available, and ended up moving to a stand. He was everywhere! From in front of the house, to the bussing tables, to check on every table experience: the guy does not stop! Mystique and Luciano were fantastic stewards and have carefully cultivated our table. Mel, our server, was a joy; he was warm and friendly and got everything right until the delivery of my salad last (I wanted my main first and my salad to come with the entree of my husband. He also let us enjoy the meal and our time together. Well... THE FOOD... it's just THE FOR. Everything was read! Seafood Opulence: *Koch Kiss* and was as fresh as possible; the porterhouse was smelt-in-your-mouth amazing (highly recommended to get the mushroom and Brusselseites; Lobster Tower was light and refreshing, really, a perfect starter; and the Risotto... oh my, the Risotto! So full of taste and comfort and all the feelings you get from a really fantastic risotto. I would give this experience 10 stars if I could. Great job, B

Amazing culinary experience. Waiting staff was incredible, everyone is very well trained and they all know the menu and make recommendations. Server took our order, wrote nothing and repeated the entire order in vice perfect. We sat next to the cold plate and Dessert Prep areas and probably saw every dish on the display.

I really enjoyed dinning at Black and Blue. The surroundings are a pleasant break from the slot music. The food is delicious. You have organic coffee, desserts and a great menu. The lobster Mac and cheese were delicious. We also had ribeye, jumbo shrimp, potatoes and sea bass. The service was great! attentive hosts.

This place has the best 3-course dinner deal. The whole meal was delicious and the service was great. I highly recommend for a date night or if you just want to enjoy some great food and drinks. The bartender made excellent drinks

We went to Black Blue for our 31st Wedding Anniversary and the FOOD was amazing. The steak melted in your mouth. The Ice Tea was a special treat. We will be going back for sure.
