Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Valley

We waited for the ride through five minutes, no one came to take our order. We tried to put it in the window and was directed to go back. How rude and not professional.

The food wasn't bad, but the guy who totally failed the drive in order. We were so tired and hungry that we only took what he gave us.

Customer service here is so bad that my children want to eat there, the limit even cashier was rude and evil for no reason (the big girl without hair net and bad posture) the manager must be moved to customer service and a fast food restaurant to manage both hair nets need

Bathrooms were pretty bad. They were from French fries. No soda cup lid or napkins, soda donor drain was about to overflow. Had to interrupt the worker twice from a staff conversation to ask for napkins and forks. Apart from that, the food was good.

Omg! I was the only customer at this locatio n until couple guys came inside after I placed my order. The heavy set black guy took my order for 12 pieces of Spicy chicken and 6 biscuits. He told me my order was fresh out of the grease and the biscuits were fresh as well. The guys behind me got extra chicken and 2 free drinks!!! I heard the worker say I gave u a little extra and what two drinks would you like. I could not believe that I got home to 12 fresh pieces of mild chicken. They messed up my order from last weekend and refused to give me money back until the gm or owner walked into the store. I hate this location the crew is unprofessional and rude. They need to shut it down. I will inform my friends and colleagues to not eat here.
