Yuè Nán Fěn - Vallejo

Was in da area and my princess wanted to have some Vietnamese fried chicken. This was the closet as we were hungry!Nice atmosphere and clean. We were immediately seated. From where I was seated I could view the kitchen entry. We placed our order and in less then 5 mins, everything came out! Literally everything! First was the fresh spring rolls followed by the rest!!! In my mind, nothing was made fresh on da spot! It could have been made hours ago. How could anyone cook fried chicken in less then 5 mins? It was dry and not flavorful, very sad. It should have been crunchy on the outside and crazy hot in da inside. I wonder if they placed in hot holding and temperature reaches over 140F. Fresh spring roll was not impressive at all, the sauce lacks flavor! I had to add hosin and hot sauce to it. My princess had Thai tea with boba. You can tell it's already pre made cause the boba was sticking to the bottom and had to use the straw to stir it up. I had the pho with steak on the side...another disappointment, steak was chewy. Boi, I hope the kitchen is clean. I guess people love it as they don't have to wait long to fill their tummy. Hopefully they all don't rush to the restroom da same time.I wouldn't recommend. I wonder how they even got 4 star???

A little inconsistent Food over cooked when fried but soup is great!! Flavor pretty good

I went here and ordered a chicken broth because I was fasting and ordered a lemonade too. They filled the lemonade up 2/3 because I asked for no ice for my sensitive teeth. They also charged me $7 for my chicken broth I wouldn't come here again even if someone paid for my food. $6 for a 2/3 full lemonade and a $7 bowl of chicken seasoning.... What a rip off...

Located in the Target shopping center, you will find Pho Vallejo Noodle House right in the corner. This restaurant is quite large, decorated so very nice, and wide variety of food choices on their menu. They have pho, rice plates, vermicelli, vegetarian, and desserts! As soon as we entered, we were greeted immediately and seated right away. Looking around, you know they take pride in their restaurant. It's not only beautifully decorated on the inside, but everything is clean and always cleared right away once one leaves. During our visit, I ordered their BBQ beef plate with rice and an order of garlic noodles. The beef plate is a favorite of mine! The beef was nice in flavor, sliced and tender. It comes with a large scoop of rice and pickled veggies on the side. The portions are generous too! Along with my meal, I also ordered their garlic noodles. The noodles were nice and soft with a yummy amount of garlic added to it. It goes so well with the BBQ beef that its a must to get with the beef plate.Service at this restaurant whether it's dining in or to-go is top-notch. They are always so attentive when dining in and so very nice! For such a large menu, they are quick at getting your order to you. They're pretty consistent with what they make too. Definitely a must try when around Pho Vallejo Noodle House!

The pho here is pretty good! The wait time isn't long, and it always comes out really hot. The rice plates are also very tasty! I've tried the mango shake and it wasn't too sweet (which I loved! and it was very refreshing. My partner and I come here often after work and it's nice that they're open until 9:30. Every time we eat here, the servers have always been friendly and attentive. There's a good amount of seating in the front and much more in the back/side area. Definitely our go-to place for pho right now!
