Urban Counter - Vallejo

Wow! I’ve never experienced anything like this before. We drove by and decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad we did. My wife ordered the vegan French toast, and as a meat-lover, I have to say it was fantastic! I had the breakfast burrito, which was delicious. The coffee was also excellent. The menu changes every 3 to 6 weeks, so there’s always something new to try. This place is a must-visit, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

I'm absolutely in love with this restaurant. The owner updates the menu every 4-6 weeks and always includes a vegan option, which is a rare find in a city with limited choices. I've never been disappointed with any dish I've tried; the menu is consistently innovative and bursting with flavor. The current brunch menu (I obviously went for the vegan option—it was amazing) had something for everyone. I noticed a mix of diners: women appearing to have a business brunch, families with kids, couples, and singles all savoring their meals. The place was lively, but I can imagine it being a fantastic spot to study or find a quiet nook to get some work done when it's less busy. I truly love this place!

A delightful find in the heart of Vallejo! The breakfast was fantastic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu is relatively limited, which seems to ensure they perfect each dish. I highly recommend trying their varieties of eggs Benedict if that's your preference.
