Joy Of Eating Cafe - Vallejo

The food is consistently delicious and fresh at this restaurant. One of my favorite dishes is the French toast made with their signature bread. The coffee is always good, but I wish they would offer half and half and sugar as options for delivery orders. Now, I'm left with just black coffee.

The eggs are terrible, they are not cooked to medium and the French toast is dry and unsatisfactory without any whipped cream. Additionally, the Linguica sausage is missing from the dish.

Really good avocado bacon cheesy omelet, hearty portions and love their famous bread/toasted delicious breakfast!

Food is pretty good but the toast is weirdly sweet and no amount of asking will get breakfast potatoes crispy

The chicken fried steak is always delicious! The potatoes were perfectly crispy and the homemade bread is top-notch!
