El Molino - Valle Gran Rey

Great view , Great food, not expensive, good portions ; me and boyfriend went there 2 times, and were super happy! Must try : goat cheese salad, humus (enormous , lamb tajine (long to cook but worth the wait! , the chicken kebab plate ! Delicious!! Amazing cocktails on sunset

We visited here for the menu of the house where there were two choices for each course. The food was superb. We had the fish soup which was exactly as a fish soup should be tasty, not thin perfect. For our mains one of us had the goat and one the fish both excellent. For dessert we had the chocolate mousse, a dish which so easily tastes of school dinners but this was up to French standards. The cost was 12 euros each plus drinks and was probably the cheapest meal we had on La Gomera and yet one of the best.

Only tourist was there due his location is good, first signal that food must not the best one. Anyway, I went there and I order Sopa Castellana a Steak morocco style. Soup was just hot water, garlic and egg, no taste, worst soup ever Steak, just impossible to eat, pig taste, they told me that was beef, I can even put my hand on fire that was pig and horrible taste So, close to 30 euros to the trash I don’t know how is there fish

Si pasas por Valle Gran Rey no puedes irte sin haber comido en este lugar encantador. La comida es muy rica, los precios muy buenos y la puesta de sol añade magia al lugar. Contribuyen a la belleza del lugar los camareros maravillosos y atentos: unos verdaderos profesionales que te hacen sentir en tu casa. Hemos ido más de una vez porque nos trataron muy bien. Gracias por cuidarnos tanto, os lo agradecemos de verdad!

Nice restaurant right on the beach promenade with good service and nice offer for food, including local specialties. The only thing we did not enjoy is a relatively loud life singing which at moments sounded even disturbing. The rest es perfect.
