We had a reservation at 7:45pm. At this time the restaurant was almost empty, only 2-3 tables were seated, which was great since it felt like we had the place just to ourselves. This also allowed for the service to be very good and prompt, so I would recommend coming here at a similar time for dinner. Later around 8:30pm there was already a queue in front of the restaurant and it became much busier. We had red lentil curry and burrata as tapas, and would definitely recommend both, they taste amazing and the portion is good for 2 people to be full. For the main courses we had the Iberian pork and Grilled sea bass. Also very tasty dishes, the colors and decoration is very nice. For dessert we had the Don Pere ice cream and Pear and ginger tart. The were also good, but not as good as the other dishes. The Don Pere has a lot of rum in it, so if you don’t like that you should pass. The restaurant interior is very beautiful and the staff is friendly. We really enjoyed it here and would definitely recommend it when in Valdemossa! It is just outside of the busy streets, so also gives a local and relaxed vibe! He otorgado cinco estrellas a este restaurante por varias razones. En primer lugar, la relación calidad-precio me pareció excelente. Los platos del menú eran muy variados y originales. Algunos sabores parecían un poco de cocina fusión, pero en nuestro caso, todos los que probamos estaban deliciosos. Además, la camarera nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y nos hizo grandes recomendaciones en todo momento. Al visitar Valldemossa, se puede poner el broche final disfrutando de una comida en este lugar.

Dije que este es el mejor restaurante en el que he estado. Sin dudarlo, es el mejor. El vino mallorquín, aunque con un precio elevado, nos ha dejado enamorados, al igual que los elementos fangar. Los platos son una maravilla, porque todo es increíble y el menú cambia constantemente. Eterna gratitud al universo por llevar a mis compatriotas aquí.
