Clophi Central - Vallauris

There is an interesting divison in Golfe Juan. South of the railway is the yacht port and all the restaurant and bars serving tourists. North of the railway you will find bakeries, greengrocers, butchers, cafés and bars mainly catering for locals. We visited Central Bar no less than three times during our week in Golf Juan. It is really relaxed and friendly. Very enjoyable beer, served with olives, crisps and nuts. A place where you sit down and take your time. We ordered a sandwich and saw the proprietor dash off to the local bakery. One of the freshest sandwiches I ever have eaten.
