Leisure Center Valkla Beach

Room was basic but warm and had a bathroom, which was great after a day of cycling. Location is beautiful. Had dinner at a place up the road. Breakfast was abundant and very tasty. Staff very helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

This place is awesome. Clear sea and beach, here you have restaurant and bar too. But when you live in small houses, there are the worst beds and sewer problems. The air conditioner does not work and the room is constantly damp.

One of the best summer events I have been to. Great, timely, professional and the most important caring service from everyone from the Valkla team. Thank you all and we will for sure be back :

I never write reviews but now I feel I need to. We have been visiting Valkla accommodation and restaurant each year and its been our favorite place for summer holiday. We highly recommended it to everyone we knew. This year its all gone wrong and its been very disappointing. First we booked and prepaid for accommodation. Drove 200km to get here only to be told that unfortunately the whole place is booked for the weekend (company’s summer days) and we have to leave next day. They refunded the second night but this has basically ruined our holiday plans. Nobody called us in advance to let us know about this. Why? Where should we go with 2 small children? And there is basically nothing available on a high season at the last minute for the next day! The manager did not seem to care and not offering any solution or even any discount or anything. Secondly the room that they give us for 1 night was a cheaper room with 2 beds 1 extra bed (couch), although I booked 3 beds 1 extra. The AC in the room was not working too. Thirdly what has happened with the restaurant? It used to be awesome quality food with reasonable price. Now its double the price and mediocre food. One of the visitors got food poisoning from seafood pasta! Everybody makes mistakes but the attitude of the manager disappointed us the most. They absolutely didn’t care about our experience and didn’t care about losing a lifetime customer who visits each year. We used to love this place. It is a shame.

Nice beach, decently priced menu. Sauna houses are great place to have private party with outdoor hot tube and inside Finnish sauna.
