I booked in this farm a couple of stays to celebrate the birthday of my girlfriend. I didn't know the structure, but on the phone chef Carmelo seemed to me immediately a person available and educated and who knew what he did, and for this reason I decided to forward the reservation. It's never been better. Debora immediately made us visit the facility, as he invited us home. Then we spent an unforgettable day in the tranquility of the pool, pleasant and comfortable, and definitely intimate, away from the chaos and cradled by the animals surrounding the structure. In the evening Debora and Carmelo, while we were in the room to prepare for dinner, we were surprised with the preparation of the table in the pool, without forgetting the delicacies based on truffles, and the typical Umbrian products that the wise Chef prepared us. Excellent restaurant. The staff is friendly and professional. There is in the place and in its management attention to detail and beauty. The location is great for visiting Assisi and much of Umbria.
