Royal Hainaut Resort - Valenciennes

A magical place to stay if you need to just relax. One of the most beautiful pool I have ever seen. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms, great food and a very kind and attentive staff. We loved it and can’t wait to come back

Great job with photography on website apart from the pool that is lovely this is not a 4 star hotel experience. Note no towels are available before 10am in the pool why? who knows, was brushed away by the staff when asked. There is really not much to do at all in the town. The service is adequate at best. Little attention to detail; staff do not understand customer service and offer minimal guest support; room view is of the car park. Recommend a short stay and only for spa treatments.

Beautiful place to stay a couple of nights. Luxury atmosphere with high class facilities. Nice bars, good restaurants and a great wellness.
