Wokcano - Valencia

I'd like to recommend that you consider lowering the volume of your music (noice) during the lunch hour in general...if you checkout the number of business people that come now to W you'll get more lunch business if we could hear ourselves...thnaks for your kind consideration

My family dined at Wokano on New Year's Eve. The service and food were excellent. Wokano has been the only place we've dine at where the service and food do not suffer from the busy holidays. It is consistently very, very good.

Food was good but not great. I probably should have gotten sushi but instead ordered the chicken and broccoli. Would go again but order something different. It was a lot of food so that’s nice.

The only problem is that the restaurant would not accept my open table rewards certificate even though I had booked the meal using it. Please note I also did not receive any rewards points. Very disappointing. Server and manager did their best to make amends but did not credit it to the bill.

These lovely 5 stars are going towards the phenomenal service we had during our visit to this location.
