Beat Brew - Valencia

I 've been into third wave coffee for close to 8 years and I visited specialty coffee shops in three continents but BEAT Brew Bar really stood out to me. Of course, the coffee is excellent but what made it stand it to me is the dedication, passion and knowledge of Virginia and Lucio I would come back to Valencia to visit their coffee shop again. Leave your laptop at home and take your time to try one of their Beat Brews (comparative tasting of two brews) or Beat Lattes (plant milk drinks with superfoods). I can also recommend participating in one of their coffee workshops.

I’ve had a coffee interest since the nineties, and love to try new ways of enjoying a well made coffee. This place was recommended to me when visiting Valencia, and I have never experienced anything like it. Excellent coffee is a given, but to offer a tasting experience based on either A same brewing method and 2 different beans OR B same beans with 2 different brewing methods is a fantastic idea, and nothing I’ve seen elsewhere (have been to quite a few countries trying different coffee experiences . On top of this the couple running the shop provides a truly extraordinary and passionate background story to all details of the products (beans etc and their origin. We spent a good amount of time chatting on all aspects of drying, fermenting, harvesting, and roasting beans as well as temperatures, extraction times (and how they change based on humidity… and again, the coffee was excellent! If you simply love a great coffee this is the place, and if you are a nerdy coffee enthusiast like me, it is a spectacular experience. Highly Recommended!

This is the best coffee shop I have ever been to. The baristas explained us everything to the very tiny details, they treated us greatly. Coffee we tasted was phenomenal, we bought some extra to go. Wish you all the best guys, hopefully I will return some day. This was worth travelling through the half of the europe.

Olvídate de las cafeterías clásicas y definitivamente prueba este lugar. Aquí puede probar cafés preparados con diferentes métodos y disfrutar de cafés reales con un sabor único. los empleados, por otro lado, eran los empleados más encantadores y cálidos que he visto. Nos dieron tanto conocimiento sobre todos los cafés sin aburrirse. No creo que haya una mejor cafetería en valence. Aunque vivo en una barcelona, aún no he encontrado un lugar como este. Es un lugar donde definitivamente voy a parar cada vez que voy a valence. Definitivamente experimento el ambiente cálido y los cafés de este lugar.

Beat cervecería es el lugar que un amante del café tendrá que visitar. Fui de Madrid a pasar unos días en valencia y comencé a buscar en Google una buena cafetería en la zona, entre tantos eleji esto y me di en el clavo! una cafetería muy peculiar en la que sólo sirven bebidas y se especializan en el café, no duro 2 minutos en los que la atención del personal que atrajo, no sólo me sirvió café, sino también mucha cultura y conocimiento sobre esto, el café que bebo fue a probar su café, y salí de allí con una enciclopedia en la mano. Esto ya no es un tipo de especialidad en la que sigues mojando el tazón en el café, esta es otra generación, que viene y es de los unicas, por lo que el nombre de la barra de cerveza que hace referencia a un bar sólo con productos y materiales para el café y se centra más que nada en él. aparte también sonda kombucha y chocolate, quiero decir que todo el que pasa por las manos de los baristas es completamente orgánico, cuidadosamente trabajado y con un sabor intenso a la pasión! que es amor y las cosas con amor saben mejor!
