Hiyori - Valence

After living in Japan for two years, we are accustomed to being disappointed by the small sushi restaurants in France. But we were extremely surprised by their quality. The fish was very fresh and very good, the midday bowls and very generous algae salads, and all came back for 20€/p, included drink. I would say that only the Californians have a little disappointed, and it was only because of the lawyer who was not mature enough, but the rest was really delicious! We'll be back with pleasure!

Looking for quality sushi for my companion's birthday, my choice focused on Hiyori and we were not disappointed at all: We discovered a world of flavors and a gustative balance never disturbed, generous portions of fish and a varied map while remaining in the chef's specialty, sushi. A brief discussion moment with the server informed us that only two people work in this little peace enclave rue du Hâ-hâ, a cook and a waiter. They perfectly realize their work, with a smile and there is no price Speaking of prices, know that they are in the average high valentine (count between 11€ and 17€ for a tray of about 15 sushis and 22.5€ for the mixed tray of 20 special sushis and that the quality far exceeds everything I have been able to taste in Valencia so far... ' The Hiyori restaurant also offers sweet homemade desserts, like a damnray cheese in Yuzu If I had to summarize this experience, it would be in these few words: Go to Hiyori, go to this Japanese culture cup in a bag of pleasure, enjoy this moment out of time and above all: Put yourself.

A very good sushi restaurant! Located in the pedestrian streets of the old Valencia, this small frontier hides a sublime restaurant. Certainly the best place to eat sushi, at honest prices. The staff is always welcoming and smiling.
