Brasserie des Couleurs - Valence

I go a few times a year to valence and every time I make it a habit to have lunch in this brasserie. eating is great and it is close to shopping. there are simple and food are well presented. I love her...Salads, always delicious and beautifully presented, but my going to dish is her pasta carbonara a simple dish that makes her always right.

This brewery, located on the color tray, offers a map and friendly menus for a reasonable sum. Smiling welcome, pleasant service, for a fast-taken meal you should not necessarily look elsewhere.

Careful and smiling waitress. Ardenchoise salad correct without more. ravioli gratin, poorly controlled cooking, still cold ravioli under the layer of gratin. after a new passage into the oven, the ravioli that had no surplus liquids are certainly hot but not cooked. the cream doesn’t do everything!!! try to cook pasta in cream, if you don’t add liquid it’s impossible mission!

Service is passable, the average location and the dishes are basic, which does not prevent the addition of being salted. example: salads that have nothing exceptional are sold 14-16€. Is acceptable if you stick to the dish of the day or pizza.

Fast and efficient service. Nice team. Nothing to say. 5/5 amply deserved. Of course the meal is good it became my new canteen.
