Great American Cookies - Valdosta

I had a very disappointing experience when I called to order an undecorated cookie cake for tonight. The staff member who answered the phone was rude from the start, greeting me with a curt "hello." I inquired about the availability of cookie cakes and how long it would take to prepare one, but after some back-and-forth arguing with a colleague and a few unprofessional hisses on the phone, she finally mentioned that there was a 16-inch cookie cake in the freezer. I asked if that meant it was ready, and to my surprise, she hung up on me. Fortunately, Publix was more than happy to take my order and treated me with respect. I won’t be returning to Great American Cookie; their customer service leaves much to be desired!

I called last minute to order a cake, and the staff member informed me that she could only make a basic one without any design on such short notice. To my surprise, when I picked it up, she had actually managed to create the design I had mentioned during our conversation! She was the only person working and completed it with just 30 minutes' notice. Thank you, Ketina, for making my son's birthday cake so quickly. I always have a great experience when I order from this place.

The staff at this restaurant were absolutely amazing. Today is my daughter's second birthday, and I was unsure of what to do. She adores the "Baby Shark" song and had been singing it all morning. I went to the mall to request a cookie cake for the next day, but to my surprise, the manager had it ready for me in just an hour! I was so thrilled with their service, and I will definitely be returning. They also had cookies available and offered a square cookie cake. They creatively transformed the square cake into a round one, and it looked fantastic for my baby's birthday. A huge thank you to the manager and staff for making my daughter's day so special! The baby shark design was perfect, although the drive home did take a toll on it, but that’s just a minor detail! Great job, team!

In search of the perfect farewell cake for a coworker and friend to share at our weekly gathering at Georgia Beer Company. I ordered this cookie cake online without speaking to anyone. When I arrived to pick up the cake I was more than pleased and so happy with the outcome! Not only did Tonya nail the colors and design with the wording as my friend who is moving is a huge West Virginia fan, she chose to add her own personal touch by including a chocolate beer glass!! Tonya the Valdosta mall made this cookie cake one that was truly personalized and shared the sentiment in art form! ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! THANKS TONYA!
