Ellianos Coffee Company - Valdosta

The coffee here is great, but the service can be quite slow. I usually skip it if there are more than two cars ahead of me. I also wish the owners would implement a way to add a tip during credit card transactions, as I would definitely tip every time if I had the option.

Fantastic coffee and bagels! The team is amazing and provides quick service. The drive-thru is small and can get quite busy, so there might be a brief wait. I suggest adding tablets for orders to help manage the flow, but trust me, the quality of the brew makes the wait worthwhile!

Ellianos serves the BEST COFFEE in Valdosta! I visit almost every day, or at least every other day. Their freezers and smoothies are exceptional. The staff is outstanding and does an excellent job!

However, there's a caveat: this high quality comes with a cost—time. Hand-pulled drinks made to order cannot be rushed, as espresso must be served fresh for optimum flavor. There’s no speaker system here; you pull up to the window, place your order, and wait as your drink is made right in front of you. This process does take some time. Although there are two windows available, the high demand usually leads to a line at each one. If you’re in a hurry, you might want to opt for a chain café instead. But if you’re in search of outstanding coffee, spare yourself a few extra minutes and visit Ellianos—you won’t regret it.
