Bubba Jax Crab Shack - Valdosta

We were celebrating a birthday with a party of 28. They allowed us to come in 30 minutes before they closed. The food was delicious AND the service was GREAT. Our server Lauren was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed as soon as we made it to the restaurant. Hands down our best experience in Valdosta. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. This is the place to go if you want quality seafood, friendly servers, and a welcoming atmosphere. Also, the fried green tomatoes are to die for.

I have been there 5 times and only once have I gotten decent, polite service!! They are more interested in socializing with each other at the front counter! They are so RUDE unprofessional!! They do not check to see if your food is ok until you're done with your meal! The food was mostly good except the last time my alligator bites were tough like rubber! I chewed on a couple pieces and then took it out of my mouth. They never checked on me until I was getting up to leave. When I was paying I told them the alligator bites were very tough. They were very snotty about it and didn't offer to take it off of my check or replace it with anything!! I will NEVER go back there!

We stopped in our way to vacation and the food was amazing with great service. The shrimp and crab are the bomb

Honestly? The food was terrible! It was not worth the money. The 3 fish sandwiches we ordered hardly had anything inside them. Half of a fillet, A few little slithers of shredded lettuce, 3 slices of tomato the size of a quarter between a hoagie sized bun and the onion rings were SUPER greasy! They charged us virtually $70! We were so disappointed, Never again.
