Inn Paris Cdg Airport

So many things, but first and foremost: an almost complete lack of cleanliness. The bathroom smells so deeply and profusely of urine that my family and I have avoided walking on the floor or touching anything in there. Had this not been the only place available, we would have moved already. My mother says that this is the dirtiest hotel room she has ever been in. We have been using the toilet squatty-potty style because we are so concerned about whether it is clean. When you’re using the place you are staying as if it is a filthy public restroom, you know it’s bad. The walls in the room are stained and the carpet is horribly disgusting. The place itself is about a 45 minute drive to Paris by taxi and there are virtually no restaurants around that you can walk to. The shower sprays water all over the floor every time you turn it on. If only that helped with the smell.

Well I would definitely not expecting a 4 star hotel to be like this. First of all, the towel that they gave me the first day was dirty and there was almost no shampoo or body wash. Secondly, the cleaner who took care of my room left his/her sponge on the desk and she/he left it there for the rest of my stay. Third, one day someone decided to open my room's window and it was left like this until I came back and found it open. Last, the breakfast was always cold even if it was pancakes. I wouldn't choose that hotel again.

Definitely, I want to give 5 stars for the very attentive profesional and kind service, all the staff specially go the receptionist MR. ERIC were extremely professional and kind. My stay in Paris was very pleasant, for everything including MR. ERIC treat and recommendations. If you ever ask me if I would return to this place, I certainly would do it!!!!

This Hotel’s customer service is a joke. The room is not cleaned on one day, we come back to room and notice it, called the reception they tried to put it on us if we put up a sign to not clean. Even for towels they tell us to pick from the reception as no one is available, it was like 7pm, not late. The bathroom had stains of like there was backflow and cleaned terribly. The sink had deep gouges and drained painfully slow. Don’t stay here, I would give negative stars if possible.

Outdated and dirty. The walls are like eggshells. I heard the people above and next to us all night. The bathroom tile and sink were updated while the bathtub was stained yellow and I found black curly hairs in it. I have blonde/ brown hair. I didn’t even want to shower. I’d pay more and go elsewhere
