If you visit valdivia you should come here, drink some beer and eat crudo . This is part of the hearth of the city.

An iconic place in Valdivia. Usually, after the midday is closed. A small place for lunch, very confortable and friendly. A great option to take a pair of crudos with local crafted beer (Bundor Beer or Kunstmann). Recommended place for eating local cuisine.

The service and atmosphere are wonderful. The food is as good as it gets in Chile but that isn't saying a lot. Their specialty is crudo (beef tartare) but I ordered the hamburger. Would give them five stars if it wasn't that they boil their hamburger patty after a quick fry on the grill. It's just a Chilean thing, not specific to Das Haus.
