Contribuiți la feedbackWhat a disappointment! the location on the mountain, at night, in a newly built restaurant had everything for him. Five stars hotel, five stars restaurant, what could possibly go wrong? in short, pretty much everything. very average eating to five star trips spaghetti...bolognaise (called ragu for 35 euro, lobster for two at 480 euro. really? we thought we would try it in the evening, as we had eaten out during skiing, but a very big mistake. the same menu as outside, very expensive weine (180 euro everyone and suddenly without pre-warning during the meal it turns into a dreary with drunk people who dance on tables in an alleged five star restaurant! No one has served us more, and we had to look for our wee who was parked halfway in the restaurant! much too loud music for a restaurant that was still louder. the last bill was 530 euro for six (and at the previous occasion with the lobster was 930 euro! five star prices for very average eating with a stagnated night thrown in. we were really looking forward to it, but it was a massive disappointment and a terrible waste of money.
Welcome to a place where they do not know the meaning of the service! and where the food is the worst as in public school? how it is possible to call this place a restaurant, to some employees and manager it is the place to be! it is not the place to avoid!
Visited at lunchtime and made the mistake of entering the newly refurbished main fine dinning restaurant. Should have left, when we read the menu, but stayed and ordered a few lasagna’s and a tartiflette. All were luke warm in the middle. Obviously re-heated….! Not going...to complain about the very high price even by Val standards) since we chose to stay and order our food. Apart from not being hot, the food wasn’t inspiring in taste or presentation. The give away signs of a new restaurant trying to find its feet were there for all to see when the guy taking our ski’s stacked them all on the same side of the ski rack which promptly fell over, dispensing ski’s and poles everywhere. The meal concluded with us being presented with someone else’s coats when leaving… We thought that was the end of the experience, but the guy who had the tartiflette was violently sick a few hours later…!
Family supper for in this unique restaurant. Food was good (sashimi, tartiflette and cote de boeuf) but the service was outstanding. Merci Tim. Definitely worth a visit
Our lunch here was absolutely terrible from start to end, the online booking system does not work and nobody bothers answering the phones. I sent the restaurant by email and managed to reserve a table. we had a fantastic table out in the sunshine. that. was the only good one to visit. the toilets were dirty and had no toilet paper at 12 o'clock or at 2 o'clock. the menu options are very limited. hardly anything for vegetarian and no wonderful choice for carnivores. it took age until the staff took our order and when they did, they brought the wrong things. we asked for a water carafe and brought us a bottle of still water. good if they had told us but they did not. we ordered 2 half pints storage and they brought 2 full pints storage. When my son ordered a coke, they brought one for my daughter. even though we sent it back, it was still on the bill at the end and we had to pay for it, despite the fact that we had not drunk it. my partner ordered the meeresbass carpaccio, which was covered in burrata, although this was not mentioned on the menu he did not like and I ordered the marinated paprika, which looked like we are from a dose! for the net my 13-year-old son was the 55-Euro steak he had enjoyed very happy, so if they could buy this restaurant steak. the otopus of my partner was cold and tiny 33 €. the boulognaise of my daughter was terrible as if she had cheese and butter mixed in 35 €. as vegetarian, I had to order pasta in tomatensoße, who had no kind of any kind and how the court looked that they got on a children's menu, but cost 27 €. we skipped that dessert when the main and starters were so terrible and had to ask twice for the bill before it came. the service was so slow that I had to take my children alone so that they could be on time to the afternoon ski school while my partner was waiting to pay. the restaurant in le flüchtling du solaise was once one of our favorites. the newly renovated gigi was a great disappointment and we will not go back until they make drastic changes.
