Contribuiți la feedbackWe stopped for lunch before going snowmobiling at this lovely restaurant. It had a charming atmosphere and we noticed they also served delicious breakfast options. However, we decided to focus on lunch. I ordered two side dishes: meatloaf and baked beans with smoked meat. Both dishes were excellent and the portions were generous. A friend ordered the meatloaf plate, which was massive - it was half of a meatloaf! It came with carrot soufflé, potatoes, and what I believe was coleslaw. The meal was satisfyingly large. We would definitely come back to this restaurant if we're in the area again. The menu and ambiance were both great.
In Canada, it is a law that all service dogs are allowed to enter establishments. However, at a restaurant owned by Mme Carole Nadon, only service dogs from the Mira Foundation were accepted. Despite having a scheduled service dog, my party had to involve the police to be seated. The owner and staff were dismissive of the law and showed aggression towards us. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable and shows a lack of empathy towards those who rely on service dogs. Please spread awareness of my experience. Josée Baillargeon [hidden email]
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent and prompt. It's a favorite spot among locals!
We left Montreal at noon and it took about an hour and a bit to get there. We had to wait about 45 minutes to sit, so in the meantime we sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine. We even saw a hummingbird. I took a lot of pictures. At any rate we sat and ordered our food, bacon and eggs and land bread. Yummy
Decor is amazing, parking was a bit of a chaos to be fair, waiting period was as promised, coffee in the lobby was emptied and was not getting replenished enough for the amount of people waiting. The take out counter is a great idea, food...was amazing, Claudia was amazing
