Signatures Restaurant Bar - Val Caron

The potato skins they served me tasted like they had been in the fridge or freezer for weeks. Crappy looking decor, and very noisy due to the lack of a dropped ceiling. Was not impressed at all

Actually went two nights in a row with friends and if you want friendly prompt service, with the standard types of beer on tap and typical, yet well cooked and filling food then this restaurant works as good as any. Nachos were loaded with cheese so we had those both nights and, despite a menu with a wide range of items everything was good. Wings on night two were great value and more than enough with a good variety of available sauces.

I am probably the worst critic when going to a restaurant. My kids work at restaurants and I hear horror stories trust me! We have gone to Signatures at least 4 times and have picked up their caesar salad dressing several times. They have one of the best caesar salads I have had. I compare it right up there with Apollo and P & M. We have had their wings and ribs and both were very good.We normally don't order desert in a restaurant but when we saw they had funnel cake we thought we would order some and they did not disappoint us there either. The last time we went we had 3 other couples with us and everyone raved about their food. I wish they were open earlier on sundays as I just come back from there hoping to get some dressing for supper but at the moment that's my only complaint but I would say it is probably the best restaurant in the valley!

I visited the restaurant and ordered a pound of Jamaican jerk chicken wings.

The only positive aspect of this restaurant is the friendly staff.
