Vendettas - Vail

The staff at this restaurant lack basic manners. The female employees are rude and will rudely push past you without apology. It seems they believe it is acceptable to do so, as they simply utter "excuse me" while physically directing you out of their way. They show no remorse and act as if you are inconveniencing them by being in their path. It is clear that they prioritize their own agendas over customer courtesy. Even when we made an effort to stay out of their way, we were still pushed around, even when we were outside the restaurant. The hostess even physically shoved me into some stacked chairs near the bathroom, leaving me with a painful welt on my thigh. When I called out to her, she continued walking without acknowledging me. It is clear that they do not value customer satisfaction and only care about their own convenience, especially since they anticipate that most customers are tourists who will not return to complain about their treatment.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, definitely one of the best restaurants in Vail. Service Excellent! Nacho was our server the best ever. Food An explosion of spectacular flavors, we left the decision in the hands of the chef and it was the best. Presentation Very original and beautiful! Atmosphere Very nice, the music is perfect. Thank you for making our evening unforgettable.

Perfect place to share a good time with family and friends!

I was hesitant to try this place as I thought it would be another tourist trap restaurant. I was pleasantly pleased with their pricing, food, and service. It's definitely worth going to.

This is the WORST place to eat in Vail. I gave them another try while visiting this weekend and me and my entire family have been sick ever since we left. Our food came out cold and when we said something about it, the server did nothing. We mentioned to the manager and all they said was sorry. Now we probably have food poisoning. This place used to be a Vail institution, but it needs to be inspected. ASAP
