The Little Diner - Vail

The is a fantastic spot for breakfast and/or lunch. The food options on the menu are amazing and the service is so friendly.

The Little Diner gets a lot of exposure on social media and the menu looked really good so we stopped by Saturday morning and got on the wait list. After almost an hour we gave up and planned to return on Sunday after learning we can join the wait list on their website. Sunday we joined the list and were 156th (this place is popular!! . We showered and walked the mile to the restaurant and waited another 25 minutes for a table. Once we sat the service was really good as was the food. My wife had an omelet, which she really enjoyed along with the green chili sauce on the side. I had a cinnamon crepe which was really good and a breakfast burrito. The burrito filling was very good. Just the right mix of everything! The only comment I would make is the tortilla was really tough. I could not cut through it with the fork and had to use a knife. It tasted fine and I will actually order it again next time we come to Vail. The ambiance is fun and friendly and makes you feel comfortable and welcome although the table tops are pretty small for all the food we ordered LOL

Their breakfast burrito smothered with green chili is amazing!!!! They get busy so be prepared for a wait and it is noisy like a diner. Great staff.

Food was okay. Not really seasoned. Service to be seated was 0 stars. Sat at the counter and service was better but the lady was overwhelmed with customers which brought the service level down.

I stayed in Vail 2 months ago and went to the Little Dinner twice. Still dreaming about the pancakes and breakfast burritos
