Nudoru Ramen - Vail

Great place with amazing service. The wings are delicious!!! Had the pig bell Chasu Ramen and it was delicious.

One of our favorite spots in Eagle and Summit County. The Ramen is amazing! We love the relaxed atmosphere of the place and the service is always good and pleasant. We have eaten here once a week for several months and never tired of food. The apps are amazing and also it is the perfect place for after skiing!

This place is always delicious. The ram noodles are the best I ever had and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do it here with their only source Colorado beef and other high-quality ingredients. It's small to get there so early or a few take-outs. The perfect meal after a day on the slopes.

The food was very good. I've got a chashu gun bowl. It was expensive (66 dollars for three meals), but so worth it. The pig bell was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. The ram noodles were cooked for perfection and I didn't even start working. We came there 15 minutes before closing and they still accepted us. We were the last people in there. The waitress was very friendly and although they took with our food, it was really good. I had never cooked pork so well and they gave us so much food, we took most of it home. We made sure we put the owner/cook together before we left.

Had an excellent experience at Nudoru Ramen tonight, have been to several Ramen places including NYC. We had the veggie and the beef Ramen both excellent in taste and execution!! The owner served us and he strikes me a bit as a shy person, very pleasant. Great modern interior, I liked the atmosphere definitely would go back!!
