Molecular Munchies - Vail

Molecular Munchies is hella good! They come out to our subdivision's food truck roundup sometimes, so we decided to give them a try. The hubs and I got their truck burger and our daughter ordered a chicken sandwich. She's a very picky eater but she loved her sandwich. The truck burgers were exceptional. The beef was cooked to perfection, the garlic aioli so yummy, the veg toppings fresh, the cheese selection great (I got brie on mine) and the bun sooo good. We also got fries with our sandwiches and they were also really good, served with tasty gnar sauce. We will definitely be seeking out this food truck again!

Seriously so amazing!! Followed them on Instagram before I even moved to Tucson and kept waiting to try them! Popped up today down the street from where I was and knew I had to go! Got the Smokey and the Bacon and the Munchie of the Day which was fried artichokes today. So worth the wait, couldn't possibly say enough about how good this food was. Will definitely keep following them around town tasting everything on the menu!! Try them out if you can, you won't be disappointed!!

My husband and i each ordered a burger (the original truckster and smokey and the bacon) with fries and fried mushrooms on the side. Very impressed with the burgers and sides! We look forward to eating here again

They made THE BEST veggie burger I've ever had! My husband had the pesto chicken and also loved it. Probably the best food truck I've had in Tucson!
