The Habit Burger Grill - Vacaville

My mom enjoyed her Santa Barbara Char burger, although it fell apart and she had to eat it with a fork. Despite that, she loved it. This was my second time eating at this restaurant and everything was good, except they forgot to put bacon on my Double Char burger. The price was also lower than what was listed on the menu. The grilled onions, bacon, and onion rings were tasty. The mango dream shake was good, but it arrived a bit melted because the delivery driver had to pick up another order. Overall, the food was good and I may order again in the future. It would be better if there weren't delays in delivery. Even though we can't drive, we would love to eat at the restaurant if we could. For now, we'll just have to enjoy the food at home. Thank you and please remember the bacon next time!

The reviewer found their hamburger to be tepid and did not receive their ranch dressing for the Tempura Green Beans. However, they felt the portion sizes were generous and enjoyed the delicious flavor of the Green Beans.

This location has been in steady decline for a while. I wanted to give them another try before calling it quits and I regret it. Food was/is always cold, idk if they pre make them and have the order just sit or what

The burger buns had dry, hard bread and the fries were cold. However, the onion rings were decent. Overall, this meal was disappointing.

Why should I take the time to personalize my order if they aren't going to make it right? They took the right amount of money, printed the order receipt right, then didnt give me any of extras I payed for... Every burger bun was burned (it's a char burger, not a charcoal burger...
