It would have been helpful if you had checked to make sure I received everything before I left, as I later discovered that the main part of my order was missing once I got home. It seems that the recent pay raise mandated by the state has had a negative impact on your attentiveness and responsibility.
I placed an order through the McDonald's app from home and paid for it. When I arrived at the location and parked in a curbside slot, I couldn't select the spot number on the app. I went inside and spoke to a manager who was rude and kept asking for a four-digit code, which I wouldn't have received if I had ordered curbside. When I asked about a bag of food sitting under the warmer, she quickly said it wasn't mine. After showing her the order on the app and proving that I had already paid, she accused me of trying to get extra food. I requested to speak to the store manager, who eventually found my order but still needed the four-digit code. I suggested running the last four digits of my debit card to confirm the payment, and that's when we discovered that the bag of food under the warmer was actually mine. Forty minutes after paying, I finally received my food, which was cold and unappetizing. Both managers I interacted with were rude, disrespectful, and unapologetic. They didn't know how to use the app and were unwilling to help until I insisted on checking for my order. The order was never remade, which I found completely unacceptable.
The app notified me of a free sandwich, so I decided to take advantage of it around lunchtime. I ordered a burger and a coke for my wife, but the app charged me for the items and sent me a confirmation email and text. When I arrived at the restaurant, the app wouldn't let me park in their lot. After waiting for a while, I went inside to inform them that I was waiting for my order. Nancy, who I assumed was the manager, was made aware of the situation. I showed her the app, the text, and the email as proof of my order and payment. She asked me to wait, but as time went by, she still hadn't resolved the issue. When I inquired again, she became angry and said there was nothing she could do. I requested a refund, but she claimed there was no record of my order in the register, despite the evidence I provided. Disappointed by the lack of customer service, I left calmly. As I walked back to my car, I was approached by a homeless man, adding to the negative atmosphere of the restaurant. This experience was a stark contrast to the enjoyable times I used to have with my friends. It's unfortunate to see the current state of this McDonald's, with homeless individuals both outside and inside the restaurant. I would not recommend eating here, and suggest taking your food to go.
Food was quick, very fresh, and tasted great! The lobby was very clean and so was the parking lot! This location is by far the best one in Vacaville.
IM DONE WITH MC DONALDFries were cold.Kids meal come with expired apple slices a week ago. I called and talked to management and they trying to give me more food. No thank youMy double quarter pounder meal was not even good ? Would not give a refund. What a waste of money.
