Mcdonald's - Vacaville

The food at this restaurant is always delicious, but they have a tendency to take a long time to bring out your order when you are dining in, resulting in unnecessary waste of packaging.

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. Despite the busy atmosphere, I had trouble getting any assistance. Towards the end of my meal, I needed a refill but had to ask multiple times for it. The shift manager seemed to ignore me until I finally had to be assertive in getting her attention. When she finally delegated the task to someone else, the person who came over was coughing uncontrollably. This experience led me to leave without getting my refill, and I would not recommend this place to others.

This McDonald's is located inside an Extra Mile gas station. My son insisted on getting a treat from both the gas station and McDonald's - I know, I have no willpower! After getting his slushie from Extra Mile, we walked through the large opening into McDonald's. We initially tried to order on our phone using the app. The cashier welcomed us and offered to take our order right away, but we informed him that we wanted to order through the app. Unfortunately, our app was not working properly, so we went back to the front counter. The cashier quickly returned to the front (he had been helping his coworkers in the back) to help us. My son has a unique order (two cheeseburgers without the patty, mustard, ketchup, onions, and pickles) but the cashier understood and asked, "like a grilled cheese?" This guy definitely knew what he was doing! We have had issues in the past where we would order one thing and get something completely different, so I was relieved to see that this cashier was on top of things. My son's food was served quickly, fresh, and hot. He was thrilled and his order was correct. We will definitely be returning to this McDonald's since the staff are amazing and attentive. Thank you for making my son's day brighter!

Decent wait time in the drive through but it's connected to gas station and the inside wait time can be ridiculous so rating 4 star is for drive thru and atmosphere 1 for inside but yeh Mc Ds is Mc DsParking: The gas station doesn't have much parking but if you look past the Drive thru there is a huge lot next to it so I suggest parking there but not longer than an hr it belongs to the Theater across the streetKid-friendliness: Kids meals

Every time I come to this McDonald's. They forget something and one time I came I got my burgers, but 3 large fries and a medium French fry were missing and they were acting like I was lying and treating me like i was a liar. I was completely disappointed. This place is right next to my house but I won't be coming to this location ever again to many times they forget something and then they take forever to bring out what they missed 0 stars for this location
