Little Caesars Pizza - Vacaville

Hot and Ready starts at 11, came in at 1240, and nothing was ready. The last time i came in, it took 45 minutes to get my pepperoni pizza after they forgot about my order. The worst part was i was sitting in the 2 chair lobby, and no one else was in the store. Finally got my food and didn't get the extra sauce I paid for. What is the deal with management here?

One of worst customer service I’ve had from an employee named “rupal” I’m not sure what she kept on saying in Indian language… but this is unacceptable… I waited for my pizza almost 45 mins

This place has gotten better over the years. The people could be more friendly. But the food is pretty good. Someone here makes amazing bread with a lot of cheese.

Customer service is horrible and prices always going up without notice

I do not know what it is about little Caesars but my boys love it and will gladly have it for a meal. I think it is the price and you get a pretty decent pizza. Had a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza and the wife surprised me a she got herself a vegetarian pizza.
