We frequent this restaurant often. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is phenomenal. Our usual order includes oysters, octopus, and steak with asparagus.

Kazan has been a beloved restaurant for our family for many years. It had been a while since my last visit, so I was looking forward to going back tonight. I'm not sure if there are new owners now, but I was hoping to see the original staff that I loved. However, when we arrived, the host seated everyone who came in after us and then asked us to wait 15 minutes for a table. Since this restaurant doesn't take reservations, it seemed unfair that they were making us wait while other guests were seated before us. Another guest at the front table even expressed surprise at the situation. Disappointed by the treatment, we decided to leave and will not be returning. It's a shame to have to find a new favorite restaurant.
