Kazan Japanese Cuisine - Vacaville

The service is excellent at this restaurant. Currently, they are only offering takeout. The food is delicious and we have returned twice since our last visit.

Best place for sushi. Special spicy tuna roll, Saturday roll, zig zag, and volcano!

Today, I woke up with a craving for sushi, as usual. I consider myself a sushi expert, and it was my first time trying this restaurant. They reopened for lunch at 12:00pm, so I ordered a rainbow roll and tekka roll. I placed my order at 12:04 and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited in my car and went inside around 12:15. By 12:25, my meal was ready. The total cost was around $16, and it was absolutely delicious. I have tried many sushi restaurants in the area, from Vacaville to Sacramento, and this was the best meal I've had so far. The price was reasonable and the presentation was excellent. I will definitely be back to try their cooked options. I won't be returning to Hisui or Umi, as they only offer takeout due to COVID and have no outdoor seating. But I highly recommend this place for its quality food at a fair price.
