Jersey Mike's Subs - Vacaville

Portabella cheesesteak wasn't bad but the #8 Club Sub we normally love and get wasn't made the same. I guess that's what happens when you can't put special instructions on an order. We paid for extra cheese but had to call to specify what cheese we wanted. I called and spoke to a really nice girl and she said she made sure to add the extra cheese we paid for but it wasn't in our sandwich. Plus something tasted like it was lacking something but couldn't put our finger on it, maybe not enough vinegar. Other than that still not bad, would definitely still continue to order here cuz it's usually pretty good.

You guys are putting way too much oil and vinegar on my sandwich every time I order, the bread is totally soaked and all soggy. Is there a way to get the oil and vinegar on the side so this doesn't continue to happen? Could you add a note to my account? This sandwich is completely soaked and I can't eat it!

The food was fresh and the bread was good. As someone from the East Coast, I know Jersey Mike's is better there!!! I hope they soon adapt that over here!

The worse sandwich I have ever had. Wrong bread, no oil or vinegar. Paid extra for peppers got none. This is a special treat for me had I known how bad it was going to be would've have ordered. Disappointed big time.
