I don't think I'm wrong in daring to classify this restaurant as the best restaurant in Uzes. The cuisine is simply excellent. Congratulations to the chefs who amaze us with each of our visits. Excellent kitchen. Careful service and lunch menu, dessert flat entrance, wine glass at 25€. Perfect!
