We have organized a family lunch of 15 people, a Sunday in August, with a restaurateur who has been able to offer us to open only for us. the meal, chosen in one of the evening formulas, was of an excellent value for money: a hearty gourmet salad with foie gras, a half duck magret with ratatouille and polenta and a very good (and original) tiramisu anniversary, all with a very good wine of bourdic for less than 25€All guests enjoyed the meal. The service was impeccable and very attentive. And the superb setting, in a green setting, on the edge of a pleasant and refreshing swimming pool, which was also enjoyed. the hotel restaurant enjoys a large parking lot with a full foot access (very convenient this day of votive holiday in Uzes). A good address for a summer break at the expense.
We went down to the best Western hotel and we had no courage to face the parking we had on a dozens to find a restaurant in town. we consulted the map and find what to sharpen our appetite. very good service to listen to our little desideratas, high quality dishes at reasonable prices, the setting is very pleasant. a strongly recommend
Not really high-end kitchen. Basic and no typical fresh ingredients han the very wealthy area. dessert was fruit from can or mousse out of package. Small amount. Cook clearly better.
Rare that a restaurant affiliated to a hotel is of such good quality! we have enjoyed it! very pleasant and nice service is fresh to slate what is very rare! we have had a tartare of espadon to fall and a chocolate mousse inshell (dessert to 3 chocolates) as we have never eaten!a chef who is so good in salt as in sweet is rare! we really enjoyed it!
