The Coy Carp - Uxbridge

Good Sunday dinner here with friends. would go back as a big start / end for some big local walls.

We went on Thursday of last week for lunch and we were very cold even though we were seated downstairs. We sat near the windows overlooking the canal and grew more and more cold as the meal continued. This is a shame as the ambiance, service and food were very good.

It really has turned around since our last visit of over a year ......... staff were fantastic very friendly very helpful with my grandson can't praise them enough and the food was excellent will make it a regular very happy thank you 5

We had a table booked at 2pm for Sunday lunch today, arrived on time, waited 20 mins to get a menu then ordered at 2.30pm ...our food for 4 people (3 Sunday roasts and 1 fish chips) didn't arrive to our table until 4.40pm that's 2 hours and 10 minute wait for 4 meals absolutely shocking and the most disappointing excuses and we had already paid at the bar so couldn't even cancel our food!

It was a bank holiday! but no food came after 1.15 hours, they forgot drinks for our anniversary and apologized!
