Contribuiți la feedbackWe phoned several times to book and 3 times in a row the restaurant was closed (although it wasn't the closing day and we called three days of the week different.) when finally we were able to go, we were a little disappointed with the meat (too hard.) otherwise the rest was going. on the other hand there are good wines in the cellar.
Welcome from the boss. fast service of the dish of the day. Good duck magret salad. Then ravioli with cream with beef eminced. and there too much cream, and a second time slices of meat don't go. The simple 4.9f beer is expensive. the gamay of the house is excellent at 4.3f. The table should be more smiling! (under brown packing paper, and black towels on black table!) has changed.
I don't usually leave any comment and complain about a restaurant, but there we were really disappointed and our experience is not so positive as most comments. we came with the greedy passport and the waitress, very smiling, kindly told us that the rotary menus and lienne were not accepted with the passport (no worries, it was actually indicated in the passport.) on the other hand, she also told us that the dishes of the space carnivore are not accepted too, while nothing is mentioned in the passport on this subject, on the contrary, In addition, we are informed that 4 dishes of the map are no longer available this day and after us, a couple arrives and orders one of the 4 dishes unavailable and they are served without problems. Is it due to the gourmet passport?? Whatever it is, it is unacceptable.Besides that, we were also very disappointed by the quality of the meal and the food. honestly it's very expensive for what it is (especially for a simple restaurant in Valais). One thing is certain, with or without the passport, we will not return.
We came through the gourmet passport and we really enjoyed our visit. the reception is excellent, both from the boss and waitresses, and the map is interesting. Tartares are very good and the winery offers a wide selection of Swiss wines. The boss will gladly make you choose your bottle in the cellar, which gives a little more nice. Try!
It's the first time we stopped in this restaurant that puts forward bistronomie. meat and fish are on the menu, with prices located in the upper average. I was tempted by the hamburger with foie gras and slice of ham cru at 39 francs. it took about 80 minutes to be served, which, you will admit, is not really a good point. The meat was very good, though with a slightly carbonized crust, the fries were homemade and the vegetables unfortunately in too small quantity. To finish, there were too many mascarpone in the shotami su and not enough biscuit. a good meal, but too proteinic!
