Everything you expect from your community owned pub and more. Wide range of beer, cider and other drinks. Guest food truck was there last night, excellent burger and I had the chicken wrap, also perfect. It is there all weekend,Give it a try!

Good beer barmaid was lovely we only moved near the pub in October last year so it's now our local will be using again would recommend it

Some of the staff could be less frostie more friendly towards the customera when they come in wait for service.

Best pub in Walden. Gets very busy on a Friday evening but it's worth going anyway. Community pub with good selection of beers and Railway Ale outstandingly good value (and it tastes excellent: Plentiful staff behind the bar when it's busy. Good, large beer garden and other outside space, some of which is being worked on as this review is being written. Great in the summer, also very good in the winter! Dog friendly to boot:
