Costa Coffee - Uttlesford

Just want to commend the staff at knights park costa .....I work in the retail.park and go in daily. They are currently understaffed and working many hours yet still with a smile on their faces, some days not able to take a break. Though sadly today I've witnessed some very rude customers who should really take a second and think before they speak so unkindly to these young people it's uncalled for and they should be ashamed. So those that read this please in future just take a minute and think do I really need to be a Karen today. Knights park costa staff if your reading this your doing great

My 87 year old mother (in a wheelchair) and I selected sandwiches for toasting and, 10 minutes later, as we approached the till we were told we couldn't have them as the store was closing in 20 minutes due to a lack of staff and a plumbing issue! I'm not surprised you're unable to recruit staff for this appalling place. Awful! We won't be returning and will be talking about this for some time.

Step at entrance. Probably a listed building. Accessible toilet. Parking outside plus bus stops outside. Good selection of sweet and savoury items.

On a walk to relax and clear my head when not feeling great it was lovely to pop into the Market Square store in Saffron Walden and be greeted by such a lovely friendly crew for a takeaway coffee. I was served by a girl named Emily and she made me feel like a real human customer. Well done Costa, you have a great crew here.

I am a regular customer at Market Square Costa and find it difficult to understand the negative reviews. The staff are friendly, polite, and chatty (Jordan in particular is always welcoming and makes exceptional cappuccinos and lattes). The coffee shop is located in a great spot on the market square and has a relaxed atmosphere inside. I disagree with the negative comments about cleanliness, as it has always been clean during my visits. There are mother and baby groups in the afternoons, so I believe they would go elsewhere if the shop was truly filthy as some have claimed. The baristas are knowledgeable and make excellent drinks, and there is a good selection of hot and cold food. The cakes are also delicious. We will continue to visit and enjoy the friendly service, great coffee, delicious cakes, and welcoming atmosphere.
